In partnership with Southern Tire Mart, Smiles From Heaven provides unlimited, FREE, professional oil & oil filter changes to Laredo families affected by pediatric cancer.

Why we do it? Sadly, Laredo does not have a pediatric cancer treatment facility and families must frequently travel out of town to receive their life-saving treatments. Free oil changes help by offsetting the increasing costs related to ongoing out of town medical travel and other critical needs.
